Our stay at Hotel Boutique Kokoro Mio was simply breathtaking! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by this incredible place. The room surrounded by nature, was beyond anything we imagined. When we booked, we didn’t have all the pictures, so we were absolutely blown away upon arrival. Everything was perfect: the breakfast, the restaurant, and the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel’s beach club is truly exceptional, making the experience even more unforgettable. We highly recommend this hidden gem and can’t wait to return!

Amazing peaceful place, private in the middle of the jungle. Beautiful nature. Great design and cosy house. Delicious food. We really enjoyed our stay, we were lucky there were only few guests. Really relaxing time we had.

The location is absolutely amazing! Off the beaten track…beautiful jungle lodges in a stunning setting on the side of a peaceful lagoon. The caretaker and his lovely dog, Taco, were very welcoming and added to the very unique experience. You can self-cater (bring own provisions….no opportunity to purchase on site) or meander around the corner from the entrance to a restaurant, Embajada Universal, which is a separate business with a simple, tasty menu, a great vibe & yet more stunning views!

I had a great stay at this hostel. Everything was well organized, the atmosphere was friendly, and there were plenty of activities that made it easy to meet other travelers and enjoy the destination. A special thank you to Armando at the reception for always being helpful, welcoming, and professional. I would also like to thank Flor, one of the volunteers, for her positive energy and kindness that made the experience even more enjoyable.
