United StatesWe loved the peaceful stay and the room was luxurious with queen bed and we had doors that opened up to the heated pool. The breakfast was amazing and ate delicious fresh bread with chilaquiles. The servers and desk host were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The location is nice close to the jardin centre and walking distance to a lot of things even the bus station.

MexicoThe surroundings, nature, as the place is taken care of as it is in a beautiful setting with rivers and cascadas surrounding the hotel area. The thermal water pool is wonderful and always well kept as are the plants and the whole place.
Excellent local food served in the restaurant of the hotel. Comfortable and laid back setting, great for relaxing and resting.

The hotel is a little oasis with a nice pool, breakfast area and cacti. They offer massages and other treatments. The staff were very friendly and helpful, also with recommendations for the butterfly sanctuaries.

Beautiful facilities, very comfortable bed with high quality bedding. Very nice included breakfast. Heated pool. Staff very nice and helpful. Short walk to the center of town. Great value!

The hotel breakfast was one of our favorites of the trip.
The hotel grounds were beautiful, clean, and well cared for and the heated pool was very nice after a long day of adventuring.
From the hotel, you can safely walk to a large market, a main town square, and a supermarket.
The beds and room were comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very beautiful and clean hotel with a heated pool. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The friendly helpful staff were like a happy family.
it is a quiet oasis inside the busy city. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The swimming pool was inviting after a long day touring the butterfly sanctuary. The building is beautiful with a cactus garden and many beautiful planters.
