Staff was pleasant and helpful. Food was good and prices were fair. Pool was very clean and warmish. Overall the facilities were clean and well maintained. This would be a good place to come have fun in the Summer I think.

Amazing the breakfast, pool was amazing, rooms so big and comfortable, walking 10 min to take the train and 10 min to go the center of the city, but even walking was so enjoyable ☺️or you can rent a bike from the hotel as well

We stayed in a garden view room which was lovely as we watched the green parakeets flying in the garden from our window. It was very peaceful and beautiful. The design and decor is very beautiful in the hotel, especially the wall paintings in the dining room and the blue velvet couches. The location is superb on one of the most beautiful canals and we could walk to most places from the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful with tips on where to go. The room service dinner was excellent. The staff and service was top notch! I would visit again in a heartbeat!
