Very friendly staff and easy to talk to on check in asked if would like milk and it was very clean and tidy and very peaceful and it was handy to everything we enjoyed walking into town and towels were very soft and bed was very comfortable and tv had Netflix and Disney on it and had all basic needs was warm we will be staying her again for sure price was good after checking 5 different ones 😀 thanks amble inn

We loved the pool, the views, the animals, the cottage and all the little touches that the host included in the room. She thought of everything down to razors, talc and sanitary products! Plenty of tea/coffee supplies, pool towels and blankets. Very cosy and central Wairarapa location. We'll be back!

Te Rangi Lodge is a truly special hideaway in a breathtaking setting. We enjoyed a fantastic two-night stay with my father and son while exploring the Wairarapa for fly fishing. Craig and Dawn were very attentive and thoughtful hosts, ensuring we were well looked after throughout our stay. It’s such a gorgeous spot and super close to Greytown and Carterton, yet feels like a remote piece of paradise. We loved the animals and the visit from the dog. The breakfast was yummo and the views from every window were lovely.
