Fin beliggenhet i forhold til et helikopter som lettet og landet hele dagen og lagde mye støy i Paihia. Dette hotellet lå litt lengre fra støykilden (helikopteret) så det var fint. Fin utsikt mot vannet og fin avstand til sentrum.
