Ysa and Katia’s hospitality was great 😊 we felt at home, food was tasty 😋 they really take care of all the details for a wonderful stay and experiences in Sauce, we definitely recommend to stay and spend some days in Tierra Alta. The staff (especially the manager Alex) were exceptional and really cared about the customer! Alex went out of his way to make special breakfast food based on my daughter's dietary needs. He also made a special lunch and served it to us at a private table on the water. We felt very special and appreciated!

The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. A big thank to Miguel, our driver, for the nice rides and explanations! The food at the hotel restaurant is delightful. From the breakfast to the dinner you will enjoy a great selection of local dishes, all cooked with fresh ingredients from the jungle.

I went with my best friend and we loved every single detail! It's close enough to Tarapoto but also close to the waterfalls (there's a person from the hotel who took us there, which was great, practical and felt safer, since sometimes it's only you bathing in the waterfall... Totally recommend!). Rooms are comfortable and pretty, beds are of great quality and bathrooms are spacious. The hotel is cozy, not so many rooms, the restaurant is great (our best meals were there) Staff is wonderful (Stefano, Joel, Talía, thank you!), all warm and very helpful - it's very easy to feel welcome because people are so natural in treating you as "part of the group" <3 they also gave us great tips to get ourselves around I liked that they arranged our tours without making them super pricy like other hotels do sometimes (we compared prices with those offered in the city center) Also, loved Luna 🐶

Phenomenal customer service. Always greeted with bright smiles at night and in the morning. They went above and beyond for our breakfasts, super accommodating to our needs. Very secure gated property. Beautiful pool, fun trampolines and funny parrots. Easy to arrange a car to airport on time. Cleaned our rooms everyday and comfy beds, bedding and pillows.
