We really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. We had a beautiful colonial style room with very comfortable beds. The hotel grounds are also very beautifully organized. The breakfast was delicious, we even ate local exotic fruits. The hotel staff is beyond praise. We were very helped during 4 days by the manager Marina Romero in organizing many of our requests. We especially enjoyed the massages done by Yuddina and Kristina in the spa salon. They are incredibly talented masseuses! A huge thank you to them for the fact that we received true relaxation after a busy active day. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a luxurious time in Sacred Valley.

This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

Lovely grounds to sit and relax in when aclimatising. Lovely room with very comfy beds. Fresh honey and fruits at breakfast with lots of different choices of food for both breakfast and dinner. Luggage storage very helpful. Great location for Ollantaytambo station.

Amazing rooms, very clean and good size. Great facilities at the hotel. The main asset for this property is the staff. They are very kind, professional and patient with the guests. The breakfast is really good, low key but good food and fast service. Highly recommend this property

A gem of a boutique hotel tucked away in the Sacred Valley. Stunning views all around. Gorgeous gardens. Exquisite food. Lovely rooms. Wonderful staff - especially dear Carolina who couldn’t have been more helpful. Wished we had stayed longer.

A beautiful and peaceful property in the Sacred Valley with stunning gardens and nature all around. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the service felt very genuine. Waking up to birdsong and seeing the llamas on the grounds made our stay truly special.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly, the restaurant offers fabulous dishes and the rooms are not only unique but also very comfortable. It’s been very inspiring!

The staff was very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was amazing. The swimming pool was clean and a nice place to relax.

It is my second stay at La Casona de Yucay, and my third visit there in 2023 (after 2 nights in 2018 and 2022 just visiting the place). Its location is very good, the rooms nice with big windows, clean and cozy. All staff are wonderful people, always very helpful and making you feel 'at home'. We stayed for 10 nights in total (3 nights and 7 nights) as we were hiking, resting, online working. I also has its very own charm with its architecture and beautiful gardens. We always moved in the micro buses to Urubamba or other places in the valley. I loved staying at Casona de Yucay, it is a magical place. I will come back.

Marcelino was a very lovely host! Super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and we could even order a lunch package (sandwich with cheese and avocado) for our hiking day. The room was spacious and the beds plus the sheets very comfortable! We loved the garden and the hammocks! Muchas gracias!

What a pretty place! I didn't want to leave. Actually I extended my stay ;) Location is hard to beat, with spectacular mountain views and in the huge calm, pretty garden. It's so relaxing! They even have sweet alpacas and a llama :) Rooms are huge and comfortable. Personel is super kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
