Robert the manager had all the needed information. The entire staff treated us like family everything needed was provided. To be able to go Snorkeling just off the steps was fabulous so safe to swim out. We wanted to take a countryside tour so a driver Cocoy was provided excellent driver.

It was a different kind of experience and the facility itself looks like it’s really well maintained. The staff were also very flexible and accommodating, they even cooked rice for us and lent us their scooter/motorbike for free when we wanted to buy something outside. Highly recommended!

Staying here is like staying with old friends. Welcoming from the start, and excellent all the way through. Maria serves delicious home cooking, with the quality of a five-star restaurant. The place is quite and clean. The staff from the reception to the restaurant all are polite. As a hotelier, I saw how professional the reception from seeing our family of 4. She upgraded us to bigger room which for us the not necessary but she insisted. I appreciated it. It's a professional way of taking care your guest. At the restaurant during breakfast, it was served with pancake but he still asked if we need rice. The sense of taking initiative.
