Personāls ļoti laipns, arsaucīgs. Bērniem uzdāvināja mīksatas atslēgu piekariņus. Vakariņas restorānā bija gardas, lielas porcijas. Brokastis fantastiskas! Jau ne pirmoreiz nakšņojām Novotel viesnīcas. Ļoti patīk!
