The breakfast is included, you choose what you want and can have it in the small, cute, dining room, or your own room. I chose to have it in room twice, on the balcony, and once in the dining room. All occasions were wonderful, more food that I could finish, hot and well presented. Great options also. There is a small main living room with a tv and comfortable chairs, great to just hang out in and enjoy a piece of cake (always available in the dining room) and a glass of port. Easy walk, if a bit windy, by the cliffs to restaurants. All in all a lovely location that's quiet (some evening traffic noise) and away from busy areas. It was too cold to use the pool, but looked like it would be a lovely area to relax around.

Azen Cool House is a lovely little retreat! Great location and wonderful grounds. As we were there in winter we didn't use the outdoor spaces but I could see this being really popular for summer. Breakfast YUM!

We loved everything about the property! The grounds were gorgeous, close to everything but very quiet. The pool is perfect, looks like it could be in a magazine. Our room was spacious, great water pressure in the large shower, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was an unexpected bonus! The true gem of the property is Armie! Her cooking is phenomenal- truly! Eat breakfast and dinner here! Also, she was so nice to make us sandwiches to take with us on our last day. She also helped coordinate a taxi to pick us up early in the morning to catch our flight home! From the trails, to the ebike rental, this property is outstanding. We already want to plan our next stay here!

The studio is quite complete, with small fridge, table, three single beds and a really good shower. The pool is also really nice, and there is lots of space to park the car inside the property.

A place you'd like to call your home, just because of the vibe alone. Very friendly and helpful people, excellent location. I went surfing almost every day with my teenagers and took amazing walks along the coast to different smaller beaches.The pool is great too, the garden astonishing. We had a fantastic week. Thanks again 😍

Everything was excellent. Nice location overlooking the ocean and. Close to Sintra and Lisbon. Domingos gave great recommendation for dinner place and has perfect patio for take out if you like. So much to do so we didn’t even have enough time to use the pool.

Hosts, Domingos and Margarida are simply the stars! The overall stay was mega comfy and nice. This is small villa for 3-4 rooms. Spacious balcony, amazing view to the ocean, very quiet with only sound of the roaring ocean. Rooms are simple, but has everything you need. There is a common area with dining place, sofas and a fireplace. Walk distance to the ocean. There are caffe and restaurants in 15-20 minutes walk. There is a swimming pool.

I have found a fantastic villa with convenient access to the ocean and easy transportation options from Sintra. The inclusion of various facilities like a swimming pool and a shared kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, and washing machine is definitely appealing and adds to the overall convenience and comfort for guests.
