Didn't catch his name, but the chef/Mgr of the restaurant at the hotel who served us a phenomenal breakfast obviously loved his job and making sure his guests were well taken care of.

The newly built Hotel Mangart can be found in Bovec on the edge of the Triglav National Park. The rooms and suites feature a balcony, a cable TV, a mini bar and free Wi-Fi.

The appartment was very spacious for a family of 4 and an adult labrador retriever. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a toaster and a microwave. The location of the appartment is perfect as it's practically in the centre. We welcomed the free entry to the swimming pool and went every day. Swim after bike trips and hiking was very relaxing.

Hotel Kompas is surrounded by vast gardens and green meadows at the edge of Kranjska Gora. It is close to the ski slopes and features wellness facilities.
