It is great value for money, located very conveniently, clean, and the host is incredibly helpful and responsive. When the hairdryer didn’t work, it was replaced quickly. He also provided us with tips for restaurants and other things to see in the area. I would say if you are a couple, looking for a fair priced stay, and spending your days at the beach anyways, it’s a great option. Also, the apartment comes with beach chairs, an umbrella and snorkeling masks so very helpful!

We had lunch and dinner at the marina which is 10 mins walk also we asked our host for a favor and he responded positivaly to our request, a big thank you for that! The pool was quite and we enjoy it.

We cannot begin to express what an amazing property this is! Devereux was beyond helpful, as my daughter - we stayed at La Vista Azul for 3 days. It was above our expectations... You will not be disappointed! The condo, amenities, and peaceful location were amazing. Because of the short trip, we decided to hire a driver. Very central location, staff very nice and helpful. Kitchen well equipped and comfortable beds. Considering the crazy prices of TCI, it was a good value for money.

I really recommend this place. We where in may so not so much people. They are a lot of condo but didn't feel crowded at the time we where there. Nice location, a little away of the intense tourist sector so super calm, but 5 min car and your in middle of town. Grate Beach in a 5-7 min walk. Easy parking. I really loved the pool and the fact that one was only for adults. The owner Michael was really kind and very attentive to our requests. Even if I did not met him in person, he was really helpful and quick to respond to my questions. No insects, (we saw one) the place is treated for insects it's obvious. So that was a good thing too. Overall, seeing how expensive it is to stay on the island, I highly recommend this place for your holiday, if you want a nice spacious condo to your self, with swimming pool and near beach, that will be much more affordable than the big hotel. Good value for your money * I did rent a lot a condo around the world and this one is clearly one of the top, nice owners and clean place with a comfortable bed are really rare to found in a reasonable price.

Great location! Beautiful studio, it was clean and comfortable! Mark and Lili were very hospitable and kind, and they were very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns.
