Nice facilities,clean, helpful staff, good breakfast

The architecture of the building and the friendliness of the staff who went out of their way to accommodate my needs. When I was ready to leave fir a very early flight, there was a staff member "waiting" nearby to carry my bag down the stairs.

Everything is amazing, will return as soon as we have the opportunity.

Nice room. Great bathroom. Comfortable bed, huge parking lot, good breakfast. Attentive staff. Machine got be a recurring theme for Chiang Rai, but a lot of hot water in a shower, haven’t had this in BKK.

A wonderful, authentic resort in a cool neighborhood of Chiang Rai, with amazing staff! The bungalows are very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the food in the restaurant is flavourful, the garden is so pretty and relaxing and the pool is superb!

We liked the staff that was very nice and helpful. We like the design of the hotel and the pool, it’s cleanliness ,the location was great, breakfast was great.

The hotel is lovely , the staff are all very attentive and polite, always willing to go the extra mile , always with a smile in their faces. We were upgraded to a huge room with a nicer view facing the pool. Amazing food in the Thai restaurant and italian Favola, breakfast is delicious here. Booked a massage in their Spa; my therapist was Koi and she was great , a super good professional with great skills. Special thanks to Aun,Buck and Mean in Favola restaurant for their great service. Also many thanks to Aoi for her professionalism. In the reception we were lucky enough to be helped by the amazing Tee, thank you for your great service. I can't thank you enough! We will definitely come back when in Chiang Rai. Thank you all very much !

This is an incredible hotel/ resort. The staff is friendly. Food is excellent. The scenery (river views) is mesmerizing. I will definitely come back to this hotel. I stayed here for 4 days. Will come back for a week soon

The location was beautiful and we had an excellent view from the very large balcony. It was a located very centrally but in a nice quiet spot.

It’s an older backpack hotel with a great vibe. The very clean swimming pool is a big plus especially after my long bicycle ride. The staff speaks English well, the food is good (and not expensive—they don’t try to rib you off like some hotels do, and a friendly group of travelers stayed there. It’s a great place to hangout for a few days. The staff can help with information about the city and sightseeing. Overall it is an excellent choice and much cheaper than I expected.

We liked everything, the resort is like a botanical garden, staff is very nice and gaved us good advices, location is quiet, but still close to night markets and center, 5 min with car, 15 min walk

I really like the lobby. The staff were very helpful in the restaurant and the room cleaning staff were quick, professional and attentive. My laundry was returned within 5 hours and done well

So many beautiful details, place is made with love, pool area is pretty too, my room was just great and I slept like a baby.

Really cute and stylish! We stayed with our family and the kids loved the pool, which was right outside our room so it was super convenient. Good breakfast (eggs, meat, coffee, thai sausage, cheese, etc). Would definitely stay again.

New hotel, everything is so clean. My family and I feel very comfortable. Thank you to the helpful staff! I also like the free cold water dispenser and coffee machine. You can get coffee, hot chocolate, and Thai milk tea! This is such a lovely amenity. Thank you very much for an excellent stay!
