We loved staying here. The resort was beautifully laid out and our villa was gorgeous. The private plunge pool was a great addition. An amazing location for sunsets, happy hour sunsets, the best staff, delicious food and great amenities! The staff and service were especially wonderful!!!!

Amazing resort, I loved everything from the food at the restaurant to the resort itself. Loved the Kayaks, SUPs and other beach sets.

The place is calm and nice and everything works properly. The staff is excellent, cheerful and professional and makes you feel really welcome. The place is better in real life than the pictures project. In a nutshell, a wonderful stay at a wonderful place!

Fantastic location and great facilities, not crowded due to low season, nice beach and pool, fantastic villas, nice Thai food, and we got upgraded for our rooms, which were already at a great price.

I liked everything a lot about Ao Salat View Koh Kood. A very quiet & peaceful location off the beaten path. You will need a motor bike & they them right there on site. The motor bike I rented from them was the best properly maintained motorbike I’ve ever rented & I’ve rented many over the years. My bungalow was welcoming, very clean, efficient, well-maintained, and thoughtful in design, with a nice view of the bay & gorgeous sunsets!! The staff is completely amazing!! They all work from the heart with love & care, it clearly shows how committed they all are & all so kind! The on-site restaurant is not only convenient yet serves a delicious breakfast and dinner!! I wish I was more aware of it sooner yet that was my mistake. Don’t overlook as I did this quaint restaurant that serves good quality & delicious food!! I wish I had reserved more nights for I would have loved to have stayed longer. The accommodations, staff & location are all 10+++. A simple hidden gem on a peaceful bay!! We had the best staff experience ever...we came on the island with our 12 month old baby not knowing what to expect since it was our first big trip with baby on sandy beach island...in 12 nights that we spent on the island the staff became so friendly with our boy that he started crying once we left the island since those were his new best friends..as a memory he took home toy gifts that staff bought him for his 1st birthday..if we ever visit Koh Kood again we only wish all the same staff will be still working there..

If Captain Hook Resort were a person, that person would be warm and down-to-earth, with a love for peace, nature, adventure, and simple way of life.

I liked the facilities! The staff, Pai- the manager was so helpful and kind. The resort is kind of isolated from the other resorts so they offer all of the guests a kayak to go around and a boat that can take you to the nearest dock. You can rent a bike at a location just near the resort and drive around the island.There is a beach in front of the hotel and behind the hotel, with white sand and crystal clear water. You can see the fish from the hotel deck. I could seat there for hours. You can see a beautiful sunset from the hotel. We really had an amazing time. One of the highlights of our trip.
