This is our 5th time to Koh samui and we wanted to stay somewhere quiet and out of the busy areas. This hotel was the perfect place for us! Its so peaceful and quite and totally in nature. If you dont want to get a scooter, there is restaurants around the hotel, not loads but enough close by. Other than that you are pretty much in the more local area and the main down is a 25 minute drive away (perfect for us to enjoy more local chilled life) The hotel rooms are beautiful and so clean with the best bed ever (the biggest bed iv slept in) cleaners are great and always come at good times to do the room and they were always spotless. Swimming pool is lovely to swim in and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I got really ill one day and the hotel were kind and helped me to the hospital(illness nothing to do with hotel) we had room 20, which was a high up room, with a beautiful view of all of the trees and sun going down. We will definitely be back to this hotel. Thank you for a perfect chilled week.

Everything was amazing! The accommodation, huge breakfast, pool, gym,.. You can see how much effort they put to make you feel comfortable and happy. I cannot express enough how great my stay was. Thankfully everyone in the villa!

Unforgettable stay at Here and Now villa, the location is ideal, the villa is incredibly spacious, both inside and out. We loved the wide open living areas and lounge terraces with breathtaking 180 °sea views, large and luxury equipments (infinity pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, Japanese silk bath, cold and hot bath), suites and bungalows with unmatched privacy, it felt like we had our own private resort, we loved having our own space to unwind after a day trip in Koh Samui. The team made us feel right at home, yet never intrusive, and making our stay very comfortable, every morning we were greeted with a gourmet breakfast (tropical fruits, fresh coffee, tea, eggs, sausages, pastries..) It was a perfect start to everyday.

I recently stayed at an accommodation in Chaweng Downtown, Koh Samui, and it was a great experience. The room offered beautiful mountain views and came with a comfortable king-size bed plus a sofa bed, making it ideal for up to three people. The kitchen was very neat, clean, and fully functional, which made the stay even more convenient. The location in the heart of Chaweng was perfect—close to everything yet still peaceful. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place in downtown Koh Samui.

Very neat, beautiful, fairly new place. Location wise, very accessible. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay to unwind it's the best choice. Lovely staff too.

It was really nice stay in this facility. I can recommend it. We´ve chosen 2 bedrooms appartment for 2 persons. It was good choice as smaller appartments seemed me much smaller and not so comfortable. 2 bedrooms appartment is gorgeous with huge terrace. It´s short walk on Silver beach as well as longer walk to Lamai. Some nice restaurants are just across the road. By the way nobody asked us for some extra charge for power or water. Rate booked here was final rate.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views - very modern, bright and clean

The host was super informative and kept informed about events in Koh Samui. I also forgot a bag and the host made sure it got to me on Koh Phanagan! The room was spacious and had everything you need. Most I liked the view from the porch it was very relaxing.

Our stay at this Koh Samui villa was nothing short of spectacular. The property is huge with more than enough space to breathe, and the private pool was definitely a highlight. It’s located in a wonderfully quiet area with an excellent view that never gets old. The service was top-tier—the housekeeper (absolute legend!) kept everything spotless and prepared a great breakfast every morning. To top it off, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended!

The Property had everything you could need. Very comfortable, large and great air conditioning. I loved how private the terrace was and it was very peaceful. Had a moped sorted the moment I arrived, which was perfect. I honestly can not fault this place. The location won’t be for everyone, but if you have transport then it’s ideal. The location allows you to explore more of the island.
