They provide the personal touch that makes a big difference. All different levels from housemaid to senior management are approachable and available. The room maid did a fantastic job keeping us stocked with water, etc, and tidying the fallen leaves around the pool. Again, very friendly and professional. We would definitely return to this resort in the future.
