Really nice staff, great and clean room and nice food and drinks. The price in the restaurant was good for a hotel and also the in room dining. Good drinks as well. And great breakfast. We had our small son with us and the staff did everything to make his stay good as well. Especially Krit who carried him around and entertained him.

We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

Enjoying a peaceful beachfront location on the white and sandy Chaweng Beach, SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort comprises of two buildings. The resort features luxurious pool villas and suites, a signature 'moon pool' that overlooks the sea and a romantic beachfront restaurant. The spacious pool deck also comes with plenty of sunbeds and a kid's pool. Superb accommodation, that looks exactly like the photographs. The staff were amazing and helpful with our one year old daughter. Upon check-in, you can choose your pillow & the smell of soap/bodylotion you prefer in your room. Also, SALA provides an app that you can use throughout your stay to communicate with the staff about housekeeping/restaurants reservations and everything else you can think of. Amazing and very responsive service. During our stay in Thailand, we stayed in various 5-star resorts, but this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We will definitely return to Koh Samui and to SALA Chaweng specifically. We highly recommend this hotel! Also, short walk to Chaweng center + 24/7 supermarket in front of the resort. The Tent serves very good breakfast, lunch and dinner with amazing views.

Offering mountain views, it has an outdoor swimming pool with a waterslide, a large equipped shared kitchen, a bar, breakfast and restaurant service. Pool and kitchen were amazing to have. The resident doggo and cat was a bonus to the stay

The highlight is our 13 beach pool villas, where you can soak in your private pool all day, gazing at the turquoise seas. Amazing pool with fantastic view and swim-in bar! Super friendly and helpful staff (kudos to Harry, De De and Oboe in particular), who were super approachable and friendly and made sure our stay was pleasant and fun. Great breakfast with a lot of options incl. Thai dishes.

Very big rooms, wonderful view, very confortable rooms and balcony where you can sit for hours and enjoy the view. TV with Netflix and all u need, the beach and pool is really nice. The personnel was so friendly. 8 different towels for 2 people every day. Perfect stay in every single way. Not pne thing to complain about.

We‘d definitely come back if we are back to Koh Samui.
