Hoteli s bazenima u odredištu ‘Alanya’

Our family of four from Croatia stayed at Sey Beach Hotel & Spa from July 28 to August 3, and we had a wonderful experience. We arrived late in the evening on July 28 after an exhausting journey. We were warmly welcomed by Zeynal at the reception, who greeted us with a smile, explained everything clearly, and made sure we could relax with a delicious meal and refreshing drinks despite our late arrival. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us after such a long trip. We were also served by an exceptionally kind and friendly waiter, which made our first impression of the hotel even better. The breakfast and dinner included in our stay were tasty, varied, and always enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day, and we truly appreciated their care and attention to detail. We would also like to give special praise to all the restaurant staff. They worked incredibly hard to keep the restaurant clean, the tables tidy, and the food continuously replenished. Every single member of the team was smiling, polite, patient, and welcoming. A special thank you goes to one waiter who introduced himself as "Bruce"—or at least that's what we thought we heard! 😄 Whatever his real name is, he was always smiling, cheerful, and exceptionally helpful despite his busy workload. His positive attitude made every meal even more enjoyable. Before our journey home, Zeynal once again went above and beyond by helping us with our airline boarding passes. We are sincerely grateful for his time, patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. Sey Beach Hotel & Spa offers **an unbeatable price-to-quality ratio**. The hospitality, cleanliness, professionalism, and genuine kindness of the staff made our holiday truly special. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alanya.

Jako ljubazno osoblje..sprijatelji smo se sa svima

Nov i luksuzan objekat, kulturno i susretljivo osoblje, odlučna lokacija...

Odličan hotel. Vrlo čisto, svakodnevno čišćenje, osoblje ljubazno, hrana raznovrsna, svježa i obilna.

Topla preporuka!
