Looked for something reasonable and close to UAB for early am appt. From the moment we walked in the Door we were warmly welcomed by the sweetest staff. Our room was huge and so comfortable. We had stayed at another hotel attached to UAB several weeks ago and the price for this room was $125 less, much larger room, much nicer staff, large free breakfast and free shuttle service to the Clinic and back. Found a resturants within an easy walk. Parking garage was much easier to access. I was extermly impressed and of the 15 nights in various hotels we have spent over the past month, Homewood Suites at 5 Point/UAB rates the highest and "shh" one of least ecpensive ones. It even had a kitchenette with real dishes for those that had extended stays.

The ladies at the front desk were excellent. Check in was so easy. Booked 2 rooms and they made sure that our rooms were right across from each other. Also, my 2 year old Granddaughter ran out of milk, and they got milk from the kitchen so my daughter didn't have to try to find a store late at night. We will definitely be staying here again!

I’ve traveled all over the world and have developed a deep affection for beautiful uncomfortable accommodations. I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern this hotel was and how comfortable the beds were. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel had a restaurant and bar inside which we did not participate in because we were just passing through I do recommend
