Great experience! The staff was very friendly, our hotel room and pool area were clean and I loved that we were asked if we had a preference as to which floor we wanted to stay on. I will definitely be looking into staying at other Hilton Garden hotels for future traveling.

The pool hours were until 10 pm however kids and adults were still screaming until 10:30. We were trying to get some sleep for our early departure but they kept us awake. The breakfast (eggs & pancakes ) were cold.

The price was good. There were several amenities we didn't use but other travelers were enjoying - breakfast, pool... there was even a game room and sauna. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The location, the facility, the attached restaurant were all good. My son said, "It depends on who you are, A family with kids should really like it, especially rooms around the pool. But, business people might not like it so much if there are a lot of kids around." I agree. The hotel did very well at stopping the noise at 10:00 pm, which we greatly appreciated. I really liked the hotel, my son had mixed reviews.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was VERY attentive, friendly, and professional. They make sure the guests feel at home. The complimentary breakfast takes place in the attached restaurant, so there is plenty of room. Lots of parking, a very large pool area with enough tables and chairs to accommodate several groups, and the pool traffic does not have to walk through the lobby, which is so nice. The attached restaurant is Old Chicago, and they have some great food, too.
