The stay itself was very pleasant. Far better than the 5/10 I’ve given this review. The rooms were large and comfortable, staff were friendly and breakfast was adequate. BUT we were charged by the hotel for our 2 rooms despite having prepaid on Booking.com. Mistakes happen. But the hotel did not respond to my messages about this issue nor did they respond to Booking.com’s attempts to resolve the issue. The representative for Booking.com said they will not tolerate this behaviour and I hope they do not. Terrible customer service has spoilt what was a pleasant stay.
