The Staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. Location was excellent, within walking distance to points of interest. We parked in the underground garage for our stay and walked everywhere. The restaurant offered a nice variety from the menu. The breakfast buffet was very appealing and the menu offered a nice selection. We recommend "The Real Portland Tour" which is also within walking distance for a bit of history and lighthouses.

The restaurant inside, the Volcano, was amazing. Great food, prices and people! It was a blast spending the evening at the bar, eating such amazing food. Ask for the Souvlaki! The hotel was also big, which meant it has alot of character and unique things.

The staff were very helpful to us after a long day of travel. We appreciated their going out of their way to assist us in resolving an issue with our reservation. The breakfast was terrific! Everyone we encountered was very down to earth and friendly. We didn't know what to expect but it was a perfect place for us!
