Really the best place you could stay during your trip! The hosts Neil and his wife were lovely, made the best breakfast and coffee. And are real nice people. The house feels like coming home to a warm place and the queen size bed is like sleeping on clouds… :) and great location with free parking next to Zion NP.

The room was incredibly spacious with doors both to the parking lot and to the pool/grounds. The beds were comfortable, clean, and plenty of pillows were provided (four incredibly comfortable pillows per bed). The room was absolutely spotless with amazing views of the sandstone cliffs surrounding Springdale. To top it all off, the staff was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They provided clear and concise instructions for our late night arrival, gave plenty of fantastic recommendations for hikes suitable to our our family traveling with a toddler--including some hidden gems that I had never heard of even as a Utah native--and fantastic restaurant recommendations.

The accommodations were perfect! Beautifully decorated with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom, very comfy beds, immaculately clean. The location can't be beaten-- surrounded by mountains and right by a shuttle stop for Zion's National Park. The air conditioning and fans felt marvelous after a day in the sun, and our family loved the pool.

The location was great and close to the shuttle bus. The room was very clean and spacious. Great staff with good dining recommendations in the town. Also the breakfast was good and the pool was nice.

I loved the location, the staff, the feeling! 🙂 It is a wonderful place to stay to visit Zion National Park. Great value for money! The staff was helpful, I had most interaction with the young fellow at the reception.

The one bedroom suite comes with 2 bathrooms which was good for our party of 4. There was daily housekeeping and the lodge is conveniently located near the shuttle bus stop for Zion National Park's visitor centre.
