The manager Ashley is great. I stay at this location frequently and it seems that the cleaning of the main is only done when she is present and doing the cleaning herself. Walk into an aroma of bleach and know that Ashley is working. Awesome customer service skills as well.

I found it a perfect place to spend a few days in Ann Arbor to visit my daughter studying at Ross. The staff are very friendly , while not invasive of privacy. The rooms are spacious and well fitted.
