I would like to applaud Jake. He is an awesome front desk employee of Comfort Suites. He will go places - he handled the situation so nicely the evening I reached - I accidentally booked checkin for 23rd where we I was checking in at 22nd. I must tell you - Jake was very helpful and calm in working along with me with booking to get things sorted.
