We were placed in a recently renovated room and it looks and feels great. Clean, well organized and the blackout shades were amazing. The new lobby is just as awesome. The service was fantastic at breakfast and the food options were especially good. Lots to choose from.

Gorgeous room, lovely bathroom products, great shower head, COMFORTABLE beds, lovely bed linens, thick absorbent towels, nice little kitchenette with microwave and 2 burner stove top. I guess you would need to bring your own equipment because there was nothing to use if you wanted to eat in the room.

The stay was great I was traveling with 3 teenagers and we were really looking forward to some pool time at the end of a long day but unfortunately there were close to 20 small and very loud children in the pool with only about 3 adults superving after 9 pm maybe you could offfer an hour at the end of the day for adult swim.Definitely not a complaint just a suggestion so that everyone can enjoy the amenities.

Check in was smooth and comfortable. 😊 Our room was the perfect size for one adult and one child. The pool and fitness area was exceptionally kept up with; clean and safe. Happy hour and breakfast was MY personal favorite! Free drinks between 530p-7p and breakfast the next morning was a pleasant and delicious experience! Tommy, our chef, was accommodating, despite his long line and many odd requests. During the whole process he was joyful and singing, making things enjoyable.

Very nice, clean and well-maintained hotel with a nice pool. The room was a decent size and very comfortable for two people. Good if you need a hotel centrally located - by car - in Syracuse. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. They have a bar, which was nice after a long day.
