Aivan ihana henkilökunta, palvelu oli moitteetonta. Sisäuima-allas siisti. Pelkällä hotellin aamupalalla selvisin puoli päivää. Aamupalalla saa tilattua hyvää Pho (vietnamilainen keitto jossa lihaa ja riisinuudelia) ja kananmunia eri muodossa. Ilmastointi todella hyvä, saa viileän huoneen.

Pidin kaikesta tässä uudessa upeassa hotellissa. Oikeastaan mikään ei ollut tavanomaista, kaikki oli ylellistä, laadukasta ja erikoista. En kuullut mitään ääniä muists huonrista enkä ulkoa. Iso uima-allas katolla oli juuri avattu. Sieltä oli mahtavat näkymät West Lake järvelle ja koko Hanoin yĺle. Noin 1km päässä oli valtava ostoskeskus Lotte. Olen matkustanut noin 50 vuotta ympäri maailmaa vain tasokkaissa hotelleissa ja tämä hotelli oli paras missä olen majoittunut. Tämä hotelli on otettu käyttöön toukokùussa 2025, joten siihen pääsee vielä edullisesti.
