The resort is absolutely beautiful: peaceful, clean, and almost magical. Everything felt so well-maintained, and the whole atmosphere was like something out of a fairytale. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the first moment until we left. A special thank you to the hotel manager/coordinator, who was outstanding. He was incredibly supportive, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and care made a huge difference in our experience. The few days we spent here were truly wonderful, and we are very grateful for everything. We sincerely hope we will have the opportunity to return and stay here again one day.
