Magnificent green oasis, this beautifully kept property was such a welcome haven right at the entrance to the Augrabies park! The room with kitchenette and braised facilities overlooked a green garden and right across the small bridge (inside the gardens) was the main house with a pool and a well stocked honesty bar that we used. It had everything we needed for a superb stay.

The room is spacious and the bed is the biggest I've ever slept on. The house has all the necessary amenities. We were invited to use the pool and more than that, the owner offered us a fantastic fresh mango juice as well as the best mangos I've had in my life. Thanks a lot for the hospitality and all the best!

I like the location of the guesthouse, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. They have catered for your basic needs. It was also very calm and quiet and you could break away and enjoy quiet morning coffee with just the chirp of the birds.

I liked everything about Tutwa - the lodge is beautiful in an understated way. We had big windows on three sides of our room with views of the waterhole, the mountains and the surrounding area. It is a very beautiful part of South Africa and I highly recommend visiting. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Moyo, Xolani and Tina were great and the food Mish created were out of this world. Humphrey (our guide) was knowledgeable, friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.
