Its clean and ambiance is so good. There are a lot of relaxing spots to just sit and relax at the hotel where you can read book. The view of the burj khalifa is captivating. The room is cozy and clean. Definitely will go back here soon!

New and very well finished. More demure than the typical Address sister properties. But equally comfortable and classy. Quiet but hot spots easily reachable by Uber. Close to D3 design destrict. 11 mins from airport. Staff were wonderful. From the bell hops to the front desk via the barmen to the concierge. Miriam on front desk in particular was 5** plus. Went further than most to please. Anthony in breakfast buffet too. Room really comfortable. Seems to be spruced and cleaned as soon as I left.

This 5-star hotel offers an ATM and a concierge service. breakfast was very good option and very nice , location is close to the downtown a bit far from the JBR marina and the palm but nothing much if you have a car in town.
