The bathroom is separate from the utility room, which is great. Everything is modernly designed. Very clean. Good wifi. Very good and varied breakfast. A solarium is available for a surcharge. Lovely modern style boutique hotel in Kaprun. Our family apartment was very nicely furnished, spacious with two large terrace with marvellous mountain view. Kitchen was small but well equipped. Many chanels were available on cable TV. Wifi worked well. Staff was very kind and helpful. Restaurant is cosy, the food was delicious but the a-la-cart menu was quite poor. Parking in the house garage was OK though a little bit difficult with a big car.

Great position, 5 minute by car to the glacier Kitzeinhorn, 10 minute from lake zel am see, fantastic thermal center so clean and organized, nice gym and swimming pools. Great breakfast , dinner not so good ( in italy we cook better..). One particular mention to Hannes the man who propose excursion so professional and kind. The bycicle tour of the valley and around lake for me and my son was unforgetteble !

A fitness room with high tech equipment and guided fitness and relaxation programs are offered to guests. Our room offered magnificent mountain views that made every day special. We especially enjoyed the spa, with the saunas area standing out as wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the mountain lifts and very close to numerous hiking trails, which made exploring the outdoors effortless. Overall, it was an excellent stay combining comfort, relaxation, and easy access to nature.

The room and the view were breathtaking, and the hotel’s location is right in the heart of nature. The restaurant was incredibly delicious, and all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing — everything was homemade. The hotel’s restaurant deserves a 10/10. I highly recommend it for relaxation and rejuvenation. I’m so happy I stayed here:)
