Exceptional hospitality from checkin to checkout. We saw nothing but smiling staff at the reception desk and the restaurant. Although a smile costs nothing it's become a rarity these days. Thank you Kaiserhof team for making our holiday memorable. We look forward to coming back and staying with you again. Our little suggestion would be to add a fan in the room with the summers becoming unbearable.

El Fürstenhaus Am Achensee es un hotel de 4 estrellas superior con vistas panorámicas a los Alpes, situado junto al lago Achen. The hotel is wonderful and luxurious, with a view of a magical lake, a high-quality pool, and an excellent spa. We stayed there while it was snowing, and the white landscape with the lake and snow-covered mountains was breathtaking.

Beautiful location. Excellent service with attention to detail. Breathtaking views to mountains. Breakfast buffet was great.

Cows and sheep graze on the slopes next to the hotel, and the gentle sound of their bells creates a peaceful, idyllic atmosphere. You can even spot a herd of fallow deer from the terrace. The spa area is wonderful – a heated pool with a view, a relaxation room, saunas, and a fitness area. A perfect stay in every way!

I have to say this was one of my best hotel experiences. The studio room was amazing, the gym had everything I need, the spa and sauna area provided everything you could wish for and especially for hiking it is an absolutely amazing add-on to receive the Stubai Pass to use the buses along the whole valley to get to the amazing hikes available.
