Tremendous service and hospitality from front desk and breakfast staff. We've stayed at this hotel before and continued to be impressed by the customer focus and the quality/cleanliness of the room and facilities. Location is excellent with access to the old town and cable car in just a few meters. Breakfast is outstanding and the team uses regional products from local makers. Sauna areas is nice and views from the hotel patio are great.

Upea hotelli aivan Innsbrückin vanhan kaupungin kupeessa. Aamiainen oli erinomainen ja aikuisten spa-osasto oli upea kokemus myös.
