Everything was perfect: the accommodation was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast had a wide and delicious selection. The wellness area was the ideal size for us. We stayed a few nights on weekdays, and it was never crowded — a big advantage is that it’s open 0-24. We arrived early, the staff were very helpful, and we were able to check in earlier as well.

Exceptional hotel close to everything in Kitzbuhel. We used this hotel as our home base for our wedding events in Kitz. The staff was extremely accommodating and thoughtful- they left us wonderful Christmas gifts and decorated our room on the night of our wedding. The bar was perfect for a family happy hour with very attentive staff. The breakfast bar was the best upscale setup I’ve seen with the option for custom omelettes and the one dinner we had there was amazing as well. The rooms are spacious and ours had a beautiful porch with Mountain Views. The spa area, pools, saunas, and relaxation rooms were well thought out and beautiful. Parking was easy and plentiful and the huge ski/boot room was a great perk. The hotel is absolutely beautiful!
