The location is great , the restaurant in the hotel was very good. Theres an infinity pool looking on the city and also a rooftop place where u can eat breakfast od drink in the afternoon . Guests staying at Alcyone Hotel Residences can enjoy a day of shopping at Portside Wharf, a stroll along the Brisbane River, 3 minutes' walk from the property, or a day in, relaxing by the properties... Loved every thing about the hotel- adjacent to the river allowing leisurely ferry trips into CBD, excellent breakfast cafe ( open 24/7) right outside hotel entrance , two minute walk to grocery store , good restaurants along adjoining street - In short ,location could not be better. Room was spacious and well appointed - in room washer / dryer especially handy. Staff at the hotel were exceptional - we cannot thank them enough for all their assistance ( including storing our luggage for three days and then having our bags waiting for us in our room when we arrived back in late evening for a further stay ) - 5 star ++++++ service !Many thanks .

Located in the heart of Fortitude Valley and inspired by the eclectic culture and iconic history of the neighbourhood, Ovolo The Valley Brisbane features a rooftop pool looking out onto the Fortitude... Everything! The ambience of the foyer was awesome. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early which was so helpful in our situation. My partner loved the lollie station. The room was excellent. It was roomy, bed was super comfy and the free mini bar and snacks?! Wow! In the mini bar, the options were perfect, too.

We stayed here for our wedding in the city and couldn't have been happier. It felt so luxurious and homely at the same time. The host was absolutely lovely and great with communication. Having the kids cutlery and bowls available for use was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend for a small family to stay! Despite only being one bedroom it did not feel cramped at all.
