Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. Staff was very nice and helpfull and the SPA was one of the best. Great place for families with kids.Food was also nice.

The double room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The pool was clean and filled with hot thermal water, and guests can easily use the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and massage services. The staff were more than helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. The staff were exceptionally nice. We really enjoyed the spa. 4 sauna, 1 steam, 1 ice room, indoor heated jacuzzi and pool, and same outdoor. The piano bar was also very good experience. The singers Doni and Eli were very professional and good singers and made great party.
