Every member of my family was well taken care of – from the youngest to the oldest – and that made all the difference. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfectly suited for families looking to relax and reconnect. The staff were attentive and genuinely caring, always making sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the location is simply stunning. What I loved most was how stress-free everything felt. We could truly relax, enjoy quality time together, and make amazing memories. I’m beyond happy with our stay and can’t wait to return to this wonderful holiday destination. Featuring a bar, the resort is close to several noted attractions, around 1.8 km from Action AquaPark and around 700 metres from Casino Kuban. The resort features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, evening entertainment and a kids' club. Excellent all-inclusive package and a great location, very close to a beautiful beach. Unfortunately, we visited at the end of September, so we couldn’t swim and the weather was quite unpredictable. That said, this was our choice of timing, not a fault of the hotel. The hotel itself is great, and we would love to return in the summer to fully enjoy the experience.

The food was very tasty and varied, highlighed by the chef refined recipes. The restaurant terrace and the private beach with beautifully designed sunbeds were our favourite spots. The overall experience exceeded our expections and we'd like to give a big thank you to all the stuff members that dedicated to make our stay more pleasant.
