The houses were very modern with a interesting layout with a view to Kardzhali dam. The room we stayed at was very cozy, clean, with good facilities and had a confortable entrances. In the house there is a large kitchen area fully equipped with everything, even better than a person can imagine. The staff was very polite and made us feel welcome. There were even few bikes on the side that the guest can use and provided us with a map to all sightseeings nearby. Glavatartsi is more or less a hotel/villas area, there are no groceries stores in the village, but there were a few restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, especially because we were visiting during not a busy period.

We loved everything about the apartment. The view was stunning. The host had left us loads of goodies for our breakfasts which was very much appreciated. The room was huge as was the balcony. Sadly we didn't have time to hire one of the boats but it was lovely to have that option. If we are ever back in this area we would stay again for sure.

On the shores of the Kardzhali Reservoir, overlooking the water, the Rocca Resort provides an outdoor pool with sun loungers, an à-la-carte restaurant and a summer terrace with bar. The resort has a beautiful view over the lake. Everything was very clean and the rooms were large (we were in a villa). Would come again.

Lovely and safe place off the main road, 24/7 reception, restaurant just in front of the doors. With off-season rebates unbeatable value for the money. Unlimited parking space. Breakfast included. Perfect.

Set in Glavatartsi, VIP House Glavatarski Han offers a balcony with lake and pool views, as well as a seasonal outdoor pool, spa facilities and fitness room. An absolutely beautiful hotel in an amazing location just near the dam. Very friendly helpful staff - especially Marian, very polite and professional. Wonderful facilities; pools (heated one for hotel guests only), Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and massage..everything you could want. Big spacious room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with a fresh variety “buffet” style. We love the breathtaking panoramic view from the VIP suites - we chose VIP “Plastic” but they all have unique interiors. Lunch and dinner was delicious as well - plenty of options and everything is freshly made in house with a lovely presentation. Last but not least the gym is amazing and there is a large selection of equipments to use.
