Santé SPA Hotel es un alojamiento 5 estrellas ubicado en Velingrado, a 1,9 km de Park Kleptuza, y tiene un bar. food was exellent, the stuff was heplful, Mehmet Chef done great job in the kitchen, we also specially thank you to Mehmet chef for his kind gesture. the hotel is very clean, and the spa is exellent with many different facilities

El Hotel Arte SPA & Park se encuentra en Velingrad y ofrece instalaciones de spa gratuitas durante todo el año y una pileta cubierta comunicada con una pileta pequeña al aire libre y bañeras. Realmente todo en este hotel , es de calidad y casi todo se merece las 5 estrellas. -La cena era más que perfecta, una de las mejores cenas buffet , que hemos visto. Bastante variedad y de calidad. -Las instalaciones muy completas, el servicio excepcional… Por lo que solo puedo darle la enhorabuena al hotel, ya que difícilmente se encuentra hotel con tan buen servicio. Tuvimos un problema en la habitación, por respeto al hotel , no voy a decir cuál fue , porque en menos de 10 minutos, el personal lo soluciono. En cualquier lado puede haber un imprevisto, pero la forma de reaccionar y la rapidez , definen la calidad. Es un hotel para niños ! Hay piscina infantil exterior y interior , hay actividades para niños , hay de todo para niños. NO lo aconsejo para parejas. El restaurante del hotel (para el almuerzo), es más que accesible, lo recomiendo. Nuestra habitación era insonorizada, y aún así , oíamos gritos de niños(y padres).

Dinner was a culinary highlight each evening, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of high-quality options, from fresh fruits to warm dishes and pastries. There was something for every taste, and everything was delicious. The spa and pool areas were absolutely divine. Crystal-clear pools, relaxing loungers, and a soothing atmosphere made it easy to disconnect from the outside world. Whether swimming, relaxing in the spa, or enjoying the wellness treatments, we left feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed.
