Everything was amazing. Clean rooms, nice food, nice view, great facilities and the staff were always welcoming and greeting us. It's our second visit and definitely not the last one.

We are raising Park and SPA Hotel Markovo to a new level, with a unique interior and design. Gostamos de tudo! O quarto é grande e confortável, limpeza estava tudo ok. A piscina exterior é muito boa, apesar da água ser um pouco fria. As piscinas interiores são fantásticas para as crianças, só tivemos pena que a piscina dos adultos estivesse em obras e essa informação não foi passada. O meu filho adorou a festa da espuma na piscina. O exterior do hotel é ótimo para as crianças, com campo de futebol, parque, mini golf. Só acho que não deveríamos pagar por alguns serviços tendo em conta o preço do hotel. Tem imensas diversões para as crianças mas no final acabas por gastar um dinheirinho extra. O pequeno almoço é fantástico e o jantar também, acho que não falta nada e tudo saboroso. O restaurante é muito bonito. Também almoçamos no bar da piscina, preços são bons e a comida boa e muito bem servida.

This place is absolutely amazing in every aspect. We have stayed there a number of times and keep going back because honestly every service provided by this hotel is to a very high standard. I have recommended the place to many of my friends and they have all loved it. The staff is delightful, very polite and always eager to help, food is delicious and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel seems a bit remote at first impression but once you stay there you’ll absolutely love it. There’s a private parking free of charge and provides additional safety by barriers installed at the entrance. You get access by a QR code provided by the hotel which opens every door including your room and are unique for each guest. There is a bus stop in front of the hospital next door and offers 3 different buses taking you to different parts of the town. They are all very reliable and cheap. I cannot recommend this place enough and guarantee that everyone who stays there will love it.

The complex itself is faultless and of a high standard set in the hills and at the foot of part of the Central Balkan National Park. Great for seasoned hikers and also walkers. I especially loved the beautiful open air pool and the tranquil surrounding grounds of the complex. Adults and children alike will find the facilities pleasant and most suitable for relaxation and there's a green pitch for children's games and play. It is set in a remote and peaceful area. I highly recommend this beautiful holiday retreat. The rooms are clean and faultless and have fixed insect nets on the windows.
