She immediately noticed their disappointment and asked what she could do for us. Thanks to her, we were able to use the whirlpool jacuzzi in a suite, and she completely saved our evening. I like the individual and very private casitas for the guests. Ours was "garden view" but only a few feet from the water. Meals at the restaurant were very good, plentiful and tasty! We would definitely stay there again.
