Unfortunately, the pool was closed and our kids were really disappointed after a long car ride. That’s when Shahida stepped in. She immediately noticed their disappointment and asked what she could do for us. Thanks to her, we were able to use the whirlpool jacuzzi in a suite, and she completely saved our evening. Huge THX to Shahida for going above and beyond for our family!

I like the individual and very private casitas for the guests. Ours was "garden view" but only a few feet from the water. Meals at the restaurant were very good, plentiful and tasty! We would definitely stay there again.

Thru them my husband and I got to meet many of their lovely friends which made our experience much more intimate. Kim helped with our last minute plans to visit Mexico nearby and made sure our day there was special. they even had a yoga class which was really nice and the restaurant and pool nearby was great.
