Offering on-site dining and an indoor pool, this hotel is located inside of the Vancouver International Airport. Guests can the on-site spa and fitness centre. Location was perfect, inside the airport. If you want to visit downtown, then the skytrain station is nearby. I stayed at Vancouver for layover of 20 hours; so the hotel was the best choice!

Overlooking Victoria’s beautiful Inner Harbour, this historic hotel features extensive spa treatments and a selection of on-site restaurants. The Royal British Columbia Museum is 5 minutes' walk away.... The Empress has been renovated since we last stayed in 2010 - the facelift has been done with grace and taste, and with respect for the history of this grand old lady whilst bringing the hotel into the modern era. The corridors to the rooms are almost never ending, with interesting historical photographs, furniture and artefacts tastefully displayed to add to the sense of the past merging with the present. The location of The Empress is central and picturesque, and at the time we visited, the hotel was prettily decorated for the festive season. Our room was spacious and comfortable and included thoughtful touches such as a cork yoga mat and bathrobes / slippers. We enjoyed High Tea which is a celebrated ritual associated with this institution and even the non-tea drinkers developed a new appreciation for tea!

Located in Campbell River, 5.6 km from Elk Falls Provincial Parks, Naturally Pacific Resort provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Everything was awesome, the staff were incredible!

Featuring lake views, Salish B&B and Spa provides accommodation with pool with a view, massage services and a garden, around 16 km from The Old Woodshed Kelowna. We were two Australian couples travelling through Kelowna with a rental car. Our preference was to be in a quiet area and drive to the sites we wished to visit. Salish B&B is in West Kelowna on a hillside set amongst a few small farmlets and other homes. Our hosts. Alfonso and Michelle were friendly and welcoming and we felt at home instantly. Rooms were well appointed and beds so comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was continental with lots of choices, a cooked breakfast was available at a small additional fee. Seating for breakfast afforded views of the lake. It was a bonus to have a sitting room for reading, relaxing or enjoying the views. Michelle offers beauty services, unfortunatley we did not have time to enjoy them this visit. There are some great vineyards and resturants within 5- 15 minutes drive of the B&B, we will return to Salish if the opportunity arises to visit the area again.

Situated in West Kelowna, 13 km from The Old Woodshed Kelowna, TownePlace Suites by Marriott West Kelowna features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. It is one of the best hotels in Kelowna, it will not be my last stay in this hotel.
