Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel features waterfront and city skyline views. From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

Located 3.6 km from downtown Hamilton and 2.3 km from McMaster University, this hotel features an on-site restaurant and indoor pool. Comfortable bed, very clean. Nice staff. There a nice terrace and swimming pool. We were by car, so the location was OK for us.
