Renovated in February 2015, Super 8 Kingston is located 5.6 km from historic downtown Kingston. The manager at the desk was great. We had an upgrade when he said he had no cribs. He was also flexible with our time of arrival and late breakfast. These are not minor gestures when you have a family and we really appreciated this. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was much better than at other motels. It was the cheapest hotel that night. So we are very happy with the value. There is an outdoor pool but did not try it as it was the winter.

Due to massive federal government cutbacks, it is now used to train only 15-20 people. It has been converted to a hotel facility and has a restaurant, pool and other recreational equipment. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We highly recommend it. Rates are good.
