It was an exceptional experience in every way, from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent organization and attention to detail. I would like to especially thank Mr. Wael for his outstanding cooperation, refined manner, and unwavering commitment to guest comfort. He fulfilled all my requests professionally and with a genuine smile, making my stay incredibly easy and comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to try it at least once. Everything you could need was provided, the place was spotless and well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. It truly is one of the best accommodations. The view of the mountains and nature is breathtaking, and there’s easy access to nearby restaurants. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and well-organized. I would definitely stay here again

What stands out is the availability of services. Everything is thought of. From the parking ticket, the pass for the gondolas, the bus ticket etc…. Very attentive staff They also let you use the swimming pool after check out. Room was very clean Breakfast buffet was very good

The excelent attention to details, the cordiality, they were pretty helpful (mostly the concierge who received usn if you are reading this, we loved you!) Great location, AMAZING view, pool inside and. Natural pool outside, the food was really good
