He fulfilled all my requests professionally and with a genuine smile, making my stay incredibly easy and comfortable. The hotel is amazing in every way. The room is spacious and clean, with spectacular mountain view. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful; a special shout out to Andrew for the amazing guidance on the local attractions. The breakfast was simply delicious; with cook to order eggs and coffee. We love the coin laundry as well. Simply sum up, it's perfect!

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. All the small personal touches were the best: a handwritten welcome note, a welcome hot drink and a parting gift. Thank you, we appreciate it!

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. The hotel is very beautiful, but the attention of the staff was incredible, they explained everything very well, they served us with patience, even some of the staff communicated with us in Spanish. I would definitely return.
