It was an exceptional experience in every way, from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent organization and attention to detail. I would like to especially thank Mr. Wael for his outstanding cooperation, refined manner, and unwavering commitment to guest comfort. He fulfilled all my requests professionally and with a genuine smile, making my stay incredibly easy and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back if we visit Adelboden again in the future.

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. Spectacular location, wonderful service, we were positively surprised by the whole experience.

The heated pool was terrific, as was the food and breakfast buffet. The truly magical part of this place is the staff, everyone were friendly and went out of their way to help you out. We got the family room with Mountain View and the view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. And the city of Wengen, being a car free town, is breathtaking
