The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. Everything and everyone was perfect, unforgettable positiveness were all around the hotel itself and Interlaken😍🇨🇭 Staff was too positive and friendly, I wish I could be able to stay longer❤️

This is very nice farmhouse with an excellent view of the surrounding snow capped mountains. It is situated in a valley in a very quiet and beautiful area. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The place has all the amenities you need, and is cosy and clean. Away from the city, which was not an issue for us with a car. Free parking. Early morning views were heavenly. Great value for money.
