Beautiful rooms. Elegant design, great food, breakfast. Loved the pool facilities and hotel left a cake and balloon in our room as I said it was my sons birthday . All the little attention to details that we go back every year.

It was like staying with family. Lucia’s check in instructions were so clear and she made sure to be there to greet us. The studio apartment has absolutely everything you need for a short stay. Full kitchen (they put all kinds of condiments in the fridge). Everything looked new and beautifully done. There is a sitting area over looking the lake. We loved our time here and would return in a heart beat. Thank you Lucia and Jordi for your amazing hospitality.

They upgraded my room for my peace (big event going on in front of the hotel), kept everything spotless, and made my short stay truly relaxing.

Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Staff was very friendly, the pool was quiet and very cozy early in the morning and later in the afternoon. During the day it gets a bit busy. The location of the hotel is simply amazing. It has lake view and is really few meters away from the promenade.

The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.
