Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room is absolutely great, the bed is comfortable, the shower is big, the amenities wonderful. The location was right next to lac Léman, with views on the water, can't ask for more. This hotel is well worth the cost.

The hotel offers a beautiful setting, excellent amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes for a truly enjoyable experience. A special mention to Fabien, who was particularly attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during my stay. His professionalism and warm service added to the overall experience. Overall, La Réserve Geneva is a fantastic place to unwind, with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.
