Great amenities, super nice and friendly staff, greaaat rooms and super nice facilities. It’s just one of the nicest stays we had in Switzerland.

On the sunny plateau of Melchsee-Frutt in the Swiss Alps, 1,920 meters above sea level, this hotel features a spa and an open-air lounge with mountain views. Stöckalp SMF Ski Lift is 150 metres away. We had an amazing stay at Frutt Mountain (Lago Lodge)! The hotel was incredibly kid-friendly and baby-friendly, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. For the kids, there was a game room with a bowling alley, a cinema room, and even Lego plates at the kids’ buffet – such a fun touch! For our baby, they provided everything we needed, including a baby bathtub, baby body wash, diapers, and wipes. At dinner, they even had a special infant chair for babies who can’t hold their heads up yet – we were so impressed by the thoughtfulness. The whole place was spotless and very well organized. The buffet and sit-down dinner were both extremely delicious. The staff made our stay extra special – Lucca, the manager, was incredibly helpful, our server Stefan was wonderful, and the two ladies at the front desk were so kind. Our room had a breathtaking view, as if we were staying right inside a Scottish loch. Walking around the lake and seeing the cows nearby was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. We’ll definitely be back!

The Hotel Waldegg - Adults only enjoys an elevated south-facing position in Engelberg. It offers panoramic mountain views, a spa area with an indoor pool, and a restaurant. Wonderful hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. All things were very well planned out. The breakfast was really excellent, the egg menu was great. Location from the centre of the village was a bit far, however there is a free skibus that stops right outside the hotel. And being a bit further away meant that it was absolutely quiet.

Apartment Am Dürrbach 5-512 by Interhome ligger i Engelberg i Obwalden, og har balkong. Very friendly helpful host, stay was like feel home, however mattress and bed was not comfortable for me as I am side sleeper and this was very uncomfortable, otherwise it’s a fantastic place to stay.

I Melchtal, 30 kilometer fra Luzern jernbanestasjon, ligger Melchtal Resort Apart Hotel, som har et treningsstudio, gratis privat parkering, en hage og en terrasse. Very nice and comfortable apartment. We have all we need for our stay. Beds are very comfortable and also the apartment is very warm. There is enough storage space and the terrace is big with a nice view. Spa area is lovely as well as a kids play zone. Breakfast is so nice as well. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely time in MR resort .

Overlooking Lake Sarnen, Seehotel Wilerbad is idyllically located between mountains and the lake, a 20-minute drive from Lucerne. The view is awesome from the rooms. SPA have lot of different saunas , pool outside is also great especially in colder weather , pool also have sauna like feature. Private area near lake with floating structure to sit or jump from Location is good if you 1st time to explore Swiss nature by car. Evening restaurant is good , quite expensive ,but comparable to high quality restaurants we have been in different cities. Staff is friendly !

Alpenresort Eienwäldli Camping tilbyr overnatting i Engelberg og har en fellesstue, en terrasse, en restaurant, en bar og massasje. Fra boenhetene har du utsikt over fjellet. It was very clean and can be reached by free shuttle bus, great for campers with no cars. Stuff were all very nice. On-site shop provides fresh bread selections!
