Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering both quality and abundance with plenty of options to choose from. The spa area was another highlight — clean, relaxing, and with a pleasant fragrance throughout, especially in the Turkish sauna. Overall, a perfectly balanced mix of comfort, elegance, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

El personal: muy eficaz y atento. Especialmente Gianni: un ejemplo de cortesía y eficiencia. El restaurant: platos elegantes y plenos de sabor!!! El bar excelente. Destaco a Nicolás: eficiente y amable. La limpieza: muy buena labor!!

Comfortable and care in detail, super location with lots of hiking connections, particularly Monte Salei, we took bus 325 to the cable car station, this Autumn we visited the cloud sea and tiny but charming gold and blue lake, then walked down to Spruga. The next day, after check out, we walk from Russo to Mosogno, picked 500g of marroni on the way.
